Converted Edwardian residence serving as the clubhouse of the Bedford Branch of the Royal Air Force Association (est 1937). Parking is limited at lunchtime as rear car-park spaces are hired to commuters. The club offers interesting local aviation memorabilia and is home to the Rhodesian Armed Forces Museum (well worth a visit). There is a quiz on the third Wednesday of each month. The function room can be booked for private events. Sunday roast lunches must be booked in advance. CAMRA members welcome. Local CAMRA Club of the Year 2016 and 2017.

Anybody can go in. Membership gets you cheaper tickets/ priority for events but not required to go in for a drink. Usually 2 beers on, maybe Bass with Butcombe or Harvey's. Food - usually only weekends and special events. Best to check in advance .
